Semi-Private training is a cost effective solution that helps you get more personalised training and better results without breaking the bank.

JNPT's Semi-Private Training allows you to train 3x per week, with no more than two others at a time so you can still experience the benefits of more frequent personal training without feeling lost in the crowd of a larger group.

How It Works

1. DEEP DIVE DISCOVERY CALL

In this no obligations call, we will have talk about your past efforts, current health and future goals to help create a clear picture of how I can help. If, for whatever reason, we establish that I'm not the right fit for you, I will use my extensive network to help guide you in the direction of someone who can help. 

2. 1:1 STRATEGY SESSION

In this private session, we’ll go through:

  1. Movement Screen -  To assess how your body currently moves, identifying any inefficient movement patterns or asymmetries. This will form the foundations for the starting point of your program. 

  2. Strength Testing - We'll use this baseline data as a reference point to track your progress throughout the program, so you can see your hard work is paying off. 

  3. 16 Week Habit Building Plan - We'll deep dive into your current nutrition, exercise and sleeping habits that are holding you back from feeling your best. We'll carefully create a week by week plan so you can work on the smallest habits that will provide the best result based on your busy lifestyle.

3. STRONG BODY, STRONG MINDSET, STRONG HABITS

It's now time to get to work and build a strong body, mindset and habits.

Phase 1:

  • Restore mobility

  • Learn correct movement patterns

  • Prioritise habits established in Strategy Session

Phase 2:

  • Now your moving effectively and feeling confident, it's time to progressively increase your capacity and get you strong

Phase 3: 

  • Continue to build & stay consistent 

  • We'll re-test your strength regularly so you can see the improvements

About Me

About Me

With over 9 years of lifting experience, I've made plenty of mistakes with my training and nutrition so I understand how frustrating it can be. Over the years, I've been able to develop and expand my knowledge of strength training and general health to make me a better, more understanding coach, so I can help others not make the same mistakes I (and so many others) have made. 

 

I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science, I'm an accredited Exercise Scientist (ESSA) and have been trained by some of the best strength coaches in Sydney. I have competed in two powerlifting competitions, finished a half marathon as well as a 48hr running challenge covering 75km. I use exercise to help me learn more about myself and what I'm capable of. Pushing myself physically has also given me a confidence in myself that extends beyond just fitness. It has been pivotal in helping me get to where I am today with my business.
