About Me

To me, strength training isn't just lifting heavy weights. It helps you develop structure, discipline, resilience and humility. It helps you grow both physically and mentally and provides a challenging, yet extremely rewarding stimulus that improves your health. Strength Training, and the habits I've built around it, make me feel amazing, and its my goal to help others feel the same way.

With over 7 years of lifting experience, I've made plenty of mistakes with my training and nutrition along the way and I understand how frustrating it can be. Over the years, I've been able to develop and expand my knowledge of strength training and general health to make me a better, more understanding coach, so I can help others not make the same mistakes I (and so many others) have made. 


I have studied Exercise and Sport Science and trained with some of the best strength coaches in Sydney. I have competed in two powerlifting competitions, finished a half marathon and a 72hr running challenge. I use exercise to help me learn more about myself and what I'm capable of.
